Standard rates start at $250 for bespoke editing/formatting/etc on your baseline resume, which can increase depending on the complexity and how many resume versions you need crafted.

Clients can register for the general overview session and/or a combination of individualized sessions to set themselves up for collegiate and early career success. 

Our general overview session, Internships 101, gives a basic understanding of the internship process and qualifications.  Our individualized sessions put the focus on YOU, taking our core learnings and applying them to your personal situation.

This session introduces the most important building blocks for getting an internship and is put in the context of YOU and your career goals. It will last about an hour and cover the basics of each of our deeper dive topics. If you wish to go more in-depth and personalize each topic for yourself, schedule an individualized session.

We will go over the fundamental sections of a resume and cover letter, talk through the client's previous experiences, and format them into an actionable resume that demonstrates impact. We can also discuss how cover letters can be tailored for specific roles, and how the client's experiences will fit into the general cover letter format. If the client already has a resume, this can serve as a discussion of career goals followed by a resume review done together. I can also

offer resume and cover letter templates.

This session type is especially customizable depending on what stage the client is at in their career journey. We can discuss behavioral interview questions and do mock behavioral interviews. We can create application timelines and tracking sheets, allowing the client to have a handy dashboard for the current recruiting cycle. We can create study guides and action plans for technical interview prep. We can do mock technical interviews. If the client has any other ideas in mind, we can discuss what a session will look like before it begins.

We can discuss what the client wants to portray to others and hone that conversation into a personal brand. If the client does not have a LinkedIn page, we can set one up together. If the client has a LinkedIn page, we can discuss improvements and cultivate a personal brand around it. We can also discuss if a personal website makes sense and what it could include.

We can discuss the client's future goals or desired areas of exploration. From there, we can analyze the client's current network, create contact plans, and develop a strategy to grow the client's connection web.
